It goes without saying that not only does each culture celebrate differently but cultural traditions vary as well.
That being said... WHAT THE F IS GOING ON IN THIS VIDEO?
What you are looking at, apparently, is a Dominican family giving their dead relative- who died in jail- one last hit of a blunt during his funeral. Also, notice how the casket is upright and has an "open window" where the face is. Through this "window" the family is feeling the corpse, wiping his makeup off, and putting a blunt in his mouth.
