Shocking footage coming from Zhangye, Gansu Province of China shows university students slapping each other.
It is alleged that the teacher forced the students who showed up late to the lecture to slap each other until the teacher was satisfied they learned from their punishment.
You can see in the video that some students who were not slapping hard enough had to continue slapping, and at one point the (assumed) teacher stepped in to give slaps.
According to local reports, the teacher has been fired, and the slaps were made before the late students could enter the classroom.
